What made you decide to use a bike for getting around town? My head.

Favorite place to ride: Newburgh-Beacon Bridge.

Your license plate says BLUJAY: That’s the name of my bike.

Where did you get it? I got it at a yard sale in Newburgh. $20.

Any advice for new riders? Wear a helmet. Watch out for cars and trucks.

Are you ready for spring? Yep.

We’ve said it before–vintage mountain bikes are a good choice for city riders. Jay gets around on a classic TREK.
