Lots of stuff coming your way from Wigwam, but wanted to take a second to remind everyone to VOTE for Green Teens to help them win a $15,000 grant.
Evidence of the Green Teens program, which recently turned 10, can be seen all over town, with the latest installments being gardens on the west end, one right next to Tito Santana Taqueria, the other just down the street at Cross and Main. The kids also help with the big green bus that Common Ground uses to get fresh vegetables to all parts of Beacon. And plenty more.
You can cast one vote every 24 hours. Do it! It’s one of the few things you can do with a digital click that could actually make something good happen right in your own home town.
Go Green Teens!
