Common Ground Farm, which this season took over running the Beacon Farmers Market currently located at the ferry dock across from the train station down at the riverfront, has recently opened a pop-up stand on Main Street next to Hudson Beach Glass.
The farm’s mission is to provide food access and education to the entire community. In addition to the Saturday pop-up and the Sunday market, CGF donates food to a number of local food pantries in Beacon and Fishkill, and sells produce to Main Street restaurants and markets. The Common Greens Mobile Market can be found at three different locations on Wednesdays (See locations and times below).
All CGF markets accept SNAP/EBT, FMNP, WIC, & Greens for Greens, as well as Market Cards, which can be purchased on the CGF website.
The farm is located on land at Stony Kill Farm Environmental Education Center on 9D near Red School House Road.
